Marya connects to your school's email inbox (e.g., enrol@yourschool.com), monitors for new enquiries, and responds automatically using a knowledge base we create about your courses, prices, and policies. You can review and approve responses before sending, or let Marya send automatically once you're confident.
Marya speaks English, Italian, Spanish, French, and Portuguese. She automatically detects the student's language and replies in the same language. With advanced language mode, she can even detect country mentions and respond in the student's native language. Additional languages available on request.
Yes! We recommend using a dedicated agent (James) for Erasmus+ enquiries. He's trained specifically on consortium bookings, group programmes, funding rules, and partner school requirements.
An interaction is an email sent by your agent to a student. This includes: student replies, follow-ups, courtesy forwards (spam redirection), and routed emails. You don't pay for inbound emails you receive or for internal system emails.
Your weekly analytics email shows real-time usage. We'll email you at 80% and 95% of your limit. Overage costs €1.50-2.00 per extra interaction, or you can upgrade to the next tier anytime (pro-rated for the remaining month).
The €499 setup fee covers real work: we scan your website, create a 500-1000 line knowledge base, configure your agent's personality and tone, integrate with your email, and monitor the first 2 weeks. It's fully refundable if you cancel within 30 days.
Yes, 100% refundable if you cancel within 30 days of deployment. After 30 days, the work has been done and the fee is non-refundable. Additional agents have a €99 setup fee with the same 30-day refund policy.
Note: The knowledge base, branding materials, and configuration documents become your property only after the setup fee is paid. If you cancel and receive a refund, these materials are not released to you.

Buongiorno Marya includes a built-in anonymisation layer that automatically strips all personal data — names, email addresses, phone numbers, and physical addresses — from email content before it is sent to the external AI generator for response drafting. The AI only ever sees safe placeholders (e.g., [NAME], [EMAIL]) instead of real student information. Once the AI returns a draft, Marya re-inserts the original details locally on our secure servers before sending the reply. This means your students' personal information never leaves our infrastructure.
Yes. We have designed the system with EU/EEA data protection requirements at its core. Personal data is processed and stored on our EU-based servers and is never shared with external AI services in identifiable form. All data sent to the external AI generator is fully anonymised. We operate under "limited risk" classification under the EU AI Act, as the system provides information and drafts responses but does not make autonomous decisions about student admissions or enrolments. 1 week from payment. Day 1-2: We create your knowledge base. Day 3-4: Configuration and testing. Day 5-7: Live monitoring and tuning. For additional agents, same 1-week timeline (but usually faster since infrastructure is already in place).
